CICA is very excited to be offering two leadership programs - the Women’s Leadership Development Program and the Emerging Dynamic Leaders Program.
Each program is non-industry specific, so is open to all current or potential leaders throughout the workforce.
The programs will be hosted in various states across Australia and have a similar delivery plan containing a ‘kick-off’, virtual/online sessions, and a ‘close-out’. The ‘kick-off and ‘close-out’ consist of 1.5 days of face-to-face workshops, interactive learning, and networking opportunities. The programs are designed to enable participants to explore their current skill sets and desired learning objectives in areas such as leadership/management, communication, strategizing, mentoring and being mentored, personal branding, change management, and much more.
The Women’s Leadership Development Program provides an opportunity for women to come together to explore what it takes for women to exercise leadership and take up authority in leadership roles. The key outcome is to help the participants establish and perfect their leadership styles and personal branding; providing women with the skills and capabilities to progress in their careers.
