Scale Hire and Mobile Crane Inspection
CICA is an authorised provider of mobile crane inspections, which are required as part of the vehicle registration process in Victoria.
Also known as a “supervised weigh and measure”, the process and associated report require an authorised provider (such as CICA) to independently weigh and measure the crane according to criteria set by the Department of Transport and Planning Victoria and the NHVR.
CICA offers this weigh and measure service, applicable to all crane sizes and types, to Victorian crane owners. This can now be booked online.
Scales can also be hired separately and are subject to a daily hire fee.
