It comprises three key components:
- A free advisory Help Desk,
- A 24/7 Incident Response Service, and;
- Access to discounted legal services through Holding Redlich, a national commercial law firm.
These services ensure that members receive timely guidance on employment issues, workplace compliance, and legal matters, helping them navigate challenges effectively while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

CICAASSIST 24/7 Incident Response Service
CICAASSIST provides members with free access to a 24/7 hotline service, allowing them to contact a lawyer in the event of a serious work health and safety accident or incident, a workplace regulator intervention, or any unlawful union right of entry or industrial action.
CICA members will receive initial free legal advice on managing the incident. If they choose to engage a lawyer through the CICAASSIST Help Desk, discounted rates for legal services will apply.
