Changes to Level Crossings on SPV Network Interactive Maps

RMS have recently updated the NSW SPV Network interactive map to reflect the changes to level crossings discussed at the last RMS/CICA quarterly meeting. The changes can be viewed on the interactive map at: http://www.rms.nsw.gov.au/business-industry/heavy-vehicles/maps/nsw-spv-network/map/index.html.

In summary the changes are:

  • SPV Level 1 – unrestricted access on Sydney Trains active level crossings.
  • SPV Level 3 – unrestricted access on Sydney Trains active level crossings.
  • SPV Level 4 – unrestricted access on Sydney Trains active level crossings and conditional access on John Holland and ARTC active level crossings.
  • SPV Level 4/12t per axle - unrestricted access on Sydney Trains active level crossings and conditional access on John Holland and ARTC active level crossings.
