by Heidi Hervay | Jun 26, 2015

The mobile cranes maps related documents on the RMS website has been updated.

Summarised below are the changes to the four mobile cranes maps related documents:

1) Bridge approved since the last mobile crane map publication

- BN 4469 Holman Bridge on Warraderry Way over Lachlan River at Gooloogong has been replaced by BN 10933. BN 10933 is suitable for all cranes up to SPV Level 4 and 12t axle (and its equivalent) networks.

2) Bridge restricted since the last mobile crane map publication

- BN 1839 has been added to the above document as a means to inform crane operators that there has been a change to the description road name for this bridge. BN 1839 is a restricted bridge on the SPV Level 4 and SPV Level 4 and 12t axle (and its equivalent) networks, which had its description incorrectly labelled on the mobile crane map reference as “Access Road at Telegraph Point”. The Description has been updated to “Cooperabung Drive at Telegraph Point”.

3) Map reference list for SPV Level 4 and its equivalent network

- BN 1839 has its description updated from “Bridge over Access Road at Telegraph Point 91.98km north of Taree” to “Bridge over Cooperabung Drive at Telegraph Point.”

4) Map reference list for SPV Level 4 and 12t axle and its equivalent network

- BN 1839 has its description updated from “Bridge over Access Road at Telegraph Point 91.98km north of Taree” to “Bridge over Cooperabung Drive at Telegraph Point.”
